How to Book a Virtuoso Hotel
To ensure your booking is tracked and perks are applied, please follow these steps:

Create an account on Virtuoso.com
Access my custom Virtuoso booking site HERE. This will take you to my Virtuoso profile where you can search thousands of top-tier hotels and resorts worldwide. Sign in or create an account (quick & easy). A pop-up will appear and you’ll type in/select “DIANA SAHLI” as your advisor. See rates but aren’t able to book online? Check that you’ve selected Diana as your advisor.

Book Online
Follow the simple instructions in the booking tool. You’ll provide your dates, view rates & availability, select the room you want, provide contact & payment details, and complete your booking.

Confirmation & VIP
As soon as booking is complete, I will be notified and will follow up with you and the hotel as a part of our usual VIP hotel booking process. Your check-in experience will be seamless and you can expect to receive all the usual perks for booking with Virtuoso & Luxe Concierge by Diana Sahli.

Promotional Rates
Not all promotional rates are combinable with Virtuoso amenities. Be sure to check with us if you have any questions about which rates include amenities. We are always here to help and explain why the lowest rate doesn’t always equal the greatest value.

If your booking requires multiple rooms or hotels, involves a complicated itinerary, or comes with special requests - you’re better off reaching out to us and allowing us to manage its complexity.
Hotel Not Listed
We have special VIP access to many more hotels not listed here – If you don’t see the hotel you’re looking for listed, reach out! Chances are, we can get you a sweeter stay than what you could get for yourself.
Changes or Cancellations
You cannot make changes or cancellations via the booking tool. Please contact us and we would be happy to help.
