Leads come in through our website, by phone, in person, or via referral.

No matter how you find us, the first step is always a complimentary consultation.

Complimentary Consultation

This initial conversation allows us to get to know each other and determine if we’re the right fit. We’ll discuss your travel goals, preferences, budget, and timeline.

Planning Fee & Agreement

You’ll receive an invoice for the planning fee, based on your needs, along with our Terms & Conditions. Once payment is received and terms are accepted, we begin crafting your journey.

Custom Itinerary Design

Over the next 7–10 business days, we curate a tailored itinerary designed just for you. This includes accommodations, experiences, transportation, and more—based on your unique travel vision.

Review & Refine

We’ll review your custom itinerary together and make any adjustments needed to ensure it’s just right before finalizing bookings.
